Beach sessions are always beautiful! Since the beach is a favorite place for this family, it was the perfect place for their session! This particular beach has so much variety from eucalyptus trees to beautiful rock formations, which makes it a great option for family portraits.

The family Experience
Playful, fun, interactive - these are the words that describe a Bay Area family photography session with me. Children love to play, so play is what we'll do! I'll guide you with prompts and poses so that everyone feels comfortable in front of my camera. We're creating artwork for your home, so most of all we want to showcase connection and beauty for you to admire on your walls.

1. Say Hello
2. Let's book!
Once we find a date that works for both of us, I'll send you a contract and invoice for your retainer. This is what gets your time slot reserved on my calendar! Your session date and time are secured once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid.
A few weeks before your session, we'll have a virtual planning meeting. From location, to wardrobe, to timing, we'll knock out all of the details together. This meeting is so helpful to make sure we're on the same page and prevent an overload of back-and-forth emails.
3. ask me Anything
On the day of your session, we'll meet at the planned location and time. Some people are more comfortable in front of my camera than others, but take comfort knowing that however you feel, I'll help you with prompts and poses to look your best. I aim for a playful and relaxed session to capture those natural smiles. I completely expect kids to act their ages, so I do my very best to make it fun for them with silly games!
4. Your Photo Sesssion
The most exciting part of the process is your gallery reveal! We'll have a virtual meeting where you'll see a slideshow of all of your beautiful images. This is also where we can work on wall gallery and album design. From here, you'll receive a link to your online gallery so you can download your purchased digital images right to your computer. You'll receive any prints or products you ordered right to your home in a few weeks.
5. your Gallery Reveal
Collections starting at $1500
To book a session, a $500 retainer and signed contract are required. You'll order your digital images, prints and products after you view your images in your online gallery about two weeks after your session. Your retainer will be put towards your purchase. Please inquire for detailed pricing information.

She can do it all and makes taking photographs a fun and memorable experience (even when your newborn won’t sleep or your toddler doesn’t want to take photos). Laura is so patient and kind and makes you feel so comfortable while taking your picture. Her new photobook and canvas offerings are also beautiful and of such high quality. I just cannot recommend Laura enough!
