Bay Area Fireworks The Whole Family Will Love!

Marin County Fair

10 Ave of the Flags

San Rafael, CA 94903

The Marin County Fair is award-winning and is the county’s premier community event, welcoming over 120,000 attendees each year. One of the most beautiful landscapes in the state, Marin County features creativity, nature, and community, and its rolling green hills are the perfect backdrop for a county fair.

Families can enjoy spectacular fireworks shows every night over the lagoon. The fireworks take place each night of the fair and are shot from three barges over the lagoon in a low-level, safely-choreographed musical extravaganza. The fireworks show features Roman candles, comets, meteoric showers, and bursting cascades that reflect beautifully over the water. Pyro Spectaculars puts on the show and is one of the industry’s leaders in fireworks displays. Their use of electronic and computer-controlled displays allows them to blend the ancient art of fireworks with modern technology.

Celebrate Concord

2450 Grant Street

Concord, CA 94520

Celebrate Concord is a great place for families to enjoy a wonderful festival. Concord’s Home Town Picnic takes place in the afternoon, and then the gates open for the annual 4th of July Festivities that include a kids carnival, food and vendor booths, and local artist exhibits. Live entertainment starts in the evening and continues until the fireworks show.

Admission is free to this festival. The fireworks display occurs at the conclusion of the event, and the display of vibrant light, colors, and sound will not disappoint. Families can enjoy a full day of festivities in downtown Concord.

Right after each fireworks and drone show game, fans are invited to come sit on the outfield grass to enjoy the dazzling show in the night sky overhead. Seating is limited, so be sure to get your tickets early. This year’s fireworks show themes include History of Hip Hop, Country Music, Latin Music, as well as Star Wars.

Treehouse Happy Hour is another fun way to enjoy the game on Friday nights, and people can come to the ballpark in the afternoon to enjoy drink specials, games, live music, amazing views, and the A’s batting practice.
